Access Application Privacy Notice

ASIA Members Club is operated by QICE Capital Partners Limited.

We collect your company name and email address to:

• review whether to offer you access;
• contact you about your application;
• send a personal private link if your application is approved;
• prevent misuse and maintain internal access records; and
• record the source of your application, including a referring partner where applicable.

Submitting this form does not grant access and does not create a Member request.

We may use service providers for website hosting, data storage, email delivery, security, and internal operations. We do not sell your personal information, publish your application, or share it with Curators at this stage.

We retain this information only for as long as reasonably needed to review and manage access, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the security of the service.
