ASIA Members Club (“AMC”) is operated by QICE Capital Partners Limited, trading as ASIA Members Club, Hong Kong.

When you apply to become an AMC Partner, we collect your name, your email address, whether you are applying as an individual or on behalf of an organisation, and anything you choose to add: your organisation, role, city or region, website, and a description of the people around you and how you know them.

Your name, your email and whether you are applying as an individual or on behalf of an organisation are required; if you apply on behalf of an organisation, so is its name. Other fields are optional. Without the required information, we may be unable to review your application. Please do not include another person’s name or contact details without appropriate permission.

We use it to review your application, to contact you about it, to decide whether and how to offer a partnership, and to keep a record of how the relationship began.

Applying does not create a partnership, accept any agreement or promise any reward, pilot, exclusivity, discount or access to Curators.

We do not sell your information or publish your application. We may use service providers for hosting, data storage and email delivery. Our service providers may store or process this information outside Hong Kong, including in the United States.

We retain application information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the application, manage any resulting partnership, and meet applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Information no longer needed for these purposes will be deleted or de-identified.
