AMC Curator Privacy Notice
Effective: October 18, 2026
ASIA Members Club ("AMC") is operated by QICE Capital Partners Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, trading as ASIA Members Club. This notice explains how AMC handles information about Curators and people AMC may invite to become Curators. The Privacy Policy applies as well; where they differ for Curators, this notice is more specific.
1. What AMC collects
- What you give AMC: your name, contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat), city, languages, the profile and current work you confirm, links you share, your topics and experience, meeting preferences, the kinds of introductions you do not want, and your availability.
- Where you apply on our website: the details on that form, including your year of birth (never your full date of birth). AMC uses your year of birth only to confirm that you are an adult and, in aggregate, to understand the age range of its Curator network; it is not shown on a profile and is not used to rate you.
- What AMC finds in public sources: where AMC looks for people who may be right for a Request, the public professional information that suggests relevance and where it came from. Publicly available information is still personal data, and AMC handles it under this notice.
- What happens during an invitation: the invitations you receive, whether you were interested, your final consent, the times you confirm, meetings that took place, your feedback, any Meeting Hospitality or AMC Credits claims, and records of events relevant to trust.
2. Why AMC uses it
To decide whether to invite you; to share a Request with you and, if AMC confirms you should meet the Member, the named context you review before deciding; to record your interest, consent and availability; to confirm the introduction to the Member without identifying you before the AMC Balance is paid; to open and coordinate the introduction; to handle Hospitality, Credits, feedback, safety and trust matters; to keep records AMC needs for accounting, disputes and the law; and to decide whether to contact you again.
3. Who sees what, and when
- Before the AMC Balance is paid, the Member sees only a description of you that does not identify you.
- Once the AMC Balance has been paid, AMC discloses your identity to that Member and opens the private introduction.
- AMC does not publish Curator profiles and does not operate a public directory.
- Records of events relevant to trust are internal to AMC, reviewed by a person at AMC, and are not shown to Members.
4. AI-assisted processing
AMC uses software, including AI tools from third-party service providers, to help with its work — for example, to suggest wording for your profile, which you confirm or change. AMC shares only the minimum information necessary with these providers, removes direct identifiers where they are not necessary, and never sends payment information to them. AI does not decide whether you are invited or confirmed for an introduction.
5. Service providers and locations
AMC uses providers for hosting, databases, email and messaging, video meetings, research and verification, AI-assisted processing and payments. Information may be processed in Hong Kong and in other jurisdictions in Asia, North America and Europe where those providers operate.
6. How long AMC keeps it
While you remain a Curator, and afterwards for as long as reasonably needed for continuity, records of introductions, accounting, disputes and the law. Research about a person AMC never approached is kept only while it is reasonably useful for the Request, or until the person asks for it to be deleted. Trust records are kept only to the extent reasonably necessary.
7. Your choices and rights
- You may decline an invitation before your final yes, and ask AMC not to contact you again.
- If AMC contacted you after finding you in public sources, AMC tells you how it found you; you may ask AMC to delete what it holds.
- You may ask for a copy of your personal data or ask AMC to correct it. AMC will respond to a data access or correction request within 40 days.
- Write to hello@asiamembers.club.
